We’re so lucky to have so many beautiful wedding venues in Kent, but photographing a wedding at Allington Castle felt especially magical. This stunning medieval castle near Maidstone, set within 42 acres of woodland, provided the most romantic backdrop for Amy & Stuart’s wedding day.

With roses in bloom, lavender swaying in the breeze and even the castle’s resident ducks wandering the grounds, it truly felt like something from a fairytale. Amy & Stuart held a beautiful and emotional ceremony in the castle before celebrating with a relaxed afternoon tea in the barn and an evening of dancing with their guests.

We finished the day with some dreamy portraits in the lavender – the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable wedding at this incredible historic venue.
